My Hobby Is Learning about Health.
I like learning about health. I often read books and magazine about it. For example, FITTE and a book of Erica Angyal.
FITTE introduces some method of exercizing and how famous celeblities who have a good style can keep their body slender. The magazine sometimes has a supplement, for example exercizing DVD and a booklet of recording diet. Erica Angyal is a nutritionist, health consultant, speaker, and author of five books on health and beauty. I bought her book, "Sekaiichi no bijyo ninaru Dietto". I could learn to worry about calorie is not important. The most important thing is what I eat. She said "Avocado is an essence for beauty","Good oil makes you beautyful", and so on. I have some avocados always ready in my fridge.
My breakfast is a fruit yogurt. I cut a banana or apple in a bite-sized, and pour yogurt. Then, dust chopped walnuts and dried ginger. Lastly, put a prune on it. It tastes very good. To have a fruit and yogurt for breakfast is good for health.
I have some exercize DVD, for example, pilates, CORE rhythm, and curvy dance. Reacenly, I like curvy dance best. It was made by Kashiki Hiromi. She is a famous instructor of sport gym. She is 48 years old. Unbelievable! She looks much younger. After doing curvy dance, I feel better. It's not so hard but very effective. I recommend it to you.
